This project involved the Strip out and refit of existing TIC & VIP area for use as Private Shopping Suites and client entertainment uses. Works included formation of an interconnecting lobby at ground level between the existing TIC unit and vertical circulation to the existing VIP area, along with millwork, fixtures, finishes and electrical system installations.
Fixtures, Fittings and Finishes were undertaken direction from renowned interior designers – David Thomas Design.
