This project involved the stripping out and complete refurbishment of both floors of the existing 2 storey fuel terminal office building. Externally, cracks were repaired, re-roofing was carried out, and all external windows and doors were changed. Internally, structural alterations took place followed by a complete new fit out.
The works took place on over 2 phases and the facility was kept live and operational throughout the project. The entire project took 12 weeks.
