This project involved striping out of the existing chemistry laboratory over two floors and reinstate works including steel structural supports.
Works included new internal walls and ceilings. Floor and wall finishes including clean hygienic within all medicated areas. Full mechanical, electrical and fume cupboard installations.
Specialist joinery and attendance on installation on all medical equipment’s and associated builder works.
Programme was completed within 10 weeks.
