This project involved the construction of a 500m2 two-story building to house a new shared community-based kitchen facility.
The Shared Kitchen will provide a culinary production facility that can accommodate multiple clients simultaneously and is dedicated to growing early-stage food businesses.
The works took place on a brownfield city centre site over an old burial ground. All excavation works were carefully coordinated and scheduled in conjunction with the client’s archaeologist team.
A full fit out of the building, including all the commercial kitchen spaces, was completed by JSD.
