Boylesports Birr

Works are scheduled to commence in the coming weeks on extension works to Boylesports in Birr, Co. Offaly.

The scope will involve the extension of existing shop footprint across adjoining structure with the first floor areas of both buildings being converted into Living Accommodation.

Demolition works, involving extensive temporary work, mini piling & steel frame supports will be succeeded by re-roofing and internal fit out of shop and apartments.

Works will be phased to ensure client operations are maintained throughout the overall work schedule of 32 Weeks.
